Are you unsure about making a commitment to your health? Wondering if you're investing your time and money that aligns with where you're at? This is the place to start.
This call can be used to answer any questions you might have about seeing a naturopath and starting Metabolic Balance®. It ensures we are the right fit to work towards returning you to health.
Please note as this is a discovery call and not a mini consult we won’t be going into too many specifics and I won’t be providing you with a treatment plan or prescription (I’m also not able to provide specific advice during the free 15 -20 minute call due to insurance and association rules and regulations).

Initial Metabolic Balance ® Consultation| 90 Minutes | $150
Initial Metabolic Balance® consultations include:
A comprehensive overview of your health history, and current health status, in order to understand the root cause of your symptoms;
Discussion around family history;
Discussion around environmental factors concerning your health;
An in-depth analysis of your diet and nutritional status along with your lifestyle and daily habits; and
Undertake an analysis of any current pathology, physical examinations, and referral for further pathology and or functional testing.
Together we will design a realistic and manageable treatment plan that suits you and your current lifestyle and determine if Metabolic Balance® is for you. Your treatment plan and prescription will be emailed to you within 48 hours of this consultation.
This is a stand alone consultation and not part of the Metabolic Balance® program.

Metabolic Balance ® Package | $1,795
What’s included:
Minimum pathology (there is an option to upgrade your pathology plan)
Your personalised Metabolic Balance® nutrition plan
One hour interpretation of plan
Six coaching sessions throughout the duration of the four phases
PDF booklets to assist you with your Metabolic Balance® plan

Ongoing practitioner support via email for the duration of your twelve week plan
An option to have a 10 minute catch up once per week

Metabolic Balance ® Follow Up
This is for Metabolic Balance ® Clients only.
These follow up consultations are designed to walk you you through your personalised program. We will discuss how your journey is progressing, what challenges and/or triumphs you’re making and any obstacles you may be experiencing.
We will also discuss the next phase of your personalised plan and specific topics to assist you, and ensure you’re supported through your Metabolic Balance ® program.
Please familiarise yourself with this additional information prior to booking.

When you book your appointment you will be emailed a pre-consultation questionnaire. Please ensure you complete this and return as soon as possible. This is required 48 hours prior to your consultation. Without this information your appointment cannot go ahead and will need to be rescheduled, as research would have already commenced. Ensuring I have this information prior to meeting will ensure our time together will run efficiently.

Naturopathy consultations are not covered by private health, and will not be redeemable with your private health fund.
Please be familiar with the consultation fees prior to your appointment. All accounts will require full prepayment.
Consultation fees will not include the cost of supplements, herbal prescriptions flower essences or postage. Additional pathology (including functional tests) may not be covered by Medicare and will require additional payment.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you require a rescheduling of your appointment or need to cancel, this will need to be done within the 24-hour window.
