You can have a complimentary exploration call with Michelle. This consult is designed to get to know each other. We will briefly discuss your health condition, and decide if we are suited to working together.

After that we recommend that you have an Initial Consultation which can take up to 90 minutes, is $150 and a very thorough investigation into your health and wellbeing will be undertaken with personalised, holistic solutions to help you.

Michelle will only recommend to you what she sincerely believes will be of benefit to you, but will be absolutely transparent about the cost of herbs or supplements so that at all times you can confidently select what products you’d like to incorporate into your body’s healing rituals.

If you don’t want to take herbs or supplements, Michelle can work with you to show you how to use other ways to nurture your body holistically. The herbs and supplements that she does use are practitioner only brands which means they are potent and need to be prescribed.

Michelle is a fully qualified naturopath and education in a health science degree includes pharmacology. This means Michelle knows what herbs and supplements will interact with any medicine you are currently take, and she will only prescribe a natural medical solution that will help you, not harm you.

If you have any blood test results or scans- please have those ready for your appointment. If you don’t currently have a copy- just give your doctor a call and request a copy for your personal records.

Once you book your initial consultation, you will be emailed a pre-consultation questionnaire to complete. This needs to be thoroughly completed and sent back 48 hours before your consult. The more information provided in this questionnaire
